You build the device. Production follows your file.
Instead of describing the orthotic on an order form, you configure it zone by zone and approve it on screen. That file goes straight to production, in your clinic or at a partner lab, so what you approved is what gets made.
The same workflow, whoever produces the device.
- Capture Scan the foot. iPhone, iPad, Structure Sensor or a foam box. No proprietary hardware.
- Configure Configure the prescription. Zone by zone in the configurator. Two to three minutes for a full device.
- Approve Approve it on screen. The finished device renders before production. Nothing moves until you release it.
- Produce Produce it. On your in-clinic belt printer, unattended, or at a partner lab if you outsource.
- Deliver Fit it to the patient. The orthotic arrives ready to fit. Need a change? Adjust the file and produce it again.
The first three steps never change. Only where step four happens does.
