How in-clinic 3D orthotic printing works
Four steps, three of which you already do. From patient scan to delivery, in a few hours, with no 3D-printing expertise required.
The four steps
- Scan the foot with any scanner you already use: iPad, 3D scanner, or foam impression box.
- Configure the prescription in the Podform3D configurator: arch, multi-density zones, postings.
- Print on the autonomous belt printer. 72 hours of unattended operation.
- Deliver the finished orthotic the same day after applying the top cover.
What you need
- No new clinical skill, no dedicated technician, no dust.
- Operational in 48 hours with hands-on training and unlimited support.
- A standard power outlet and a countertop is all the space required.
