Clean the metal belt
Clean only when cool. Remove oil and dust.
Clean the belt only when it is cool
Do not wipe the belt while it is still hot.
Use IPA on a lint-free cloth
Wipe with IPA on a lint-free cloth. Use straight passes.
Treat bare-hand contact as contamination
If you touch the belt with bare hands, clean it again before printing.
Before you finish
- The belt is clean and dry.
- No skin-contact contamination remains on the belt.
