This Privacy Policy describes how Acquisition Podform 3D Inc. ("Podform3D", "us", "we", or "our") operates the https://podform3d.com website and the mobile application.
This page informs you of our policies regarding collecting, using, and disclosing personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of the information by this
policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as our Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

Service

Podform3d operates the https://podform3d.com website and the mobile application.

Podform3D team members

People who have entered into a contract with the company and signed non-disclosure agreements. Podform3D team members sign additional agreements governing data handling.

Collecting Personal Information

When you visit the Site or the mobile application, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. Device information

Order information
  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.

 

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). The personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: ● email address;
phone model;
operation system version;
language & region (Application does not use geolocation. Region is the information associated with
your phone account);
cookies and Usage Data;
data on physical characteristics, including body measurements such as width, length, arch height,
heel-to-toe length, and instep height for each of your feet.
A video of your feet is processed on your device. The collection of the video happens only after getting your additional consent. The video may be recorded by a TrueDepth camera (TrueDepth is a trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries). We use the information we collect to customize our services for you, including providing recommendations. We also use your information to ensure our
services are working as intended, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues that you report to us.
When you start using the application, you are assigned a USER ID. The USER ID is required for technical support and using our services. Deleting the application removes the USER ID. If you download the application again, you will be assigned a new USER ID.

 

    Usage Data

    We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

    Ways We Use Personal Information

    The personal data are collected in compliance with Article 13 GDPR and other relevant provisions.

    Podform3D uses Personal Data to choose a satisfying pair of shoes for you and for analysis of the condition of your feet (incl. but not limited to flat feet, pronation, hallux valgus) and other lifestyle data, intended to be used for recreational purposes only, to help you live a healthier life. In order to protect you, we keep common information about your foot size. Collecting your personal information is necessary for:

    creating a personal account;

    analysis of your physical characteristics;

    finding shoes of your size;

    validating you are of legal age to use our services;

    testing and improving our systems and services;

    technical support;

    managing our business

    Sharing Personal Information

    We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

    Sharing your Personal Data

    When we are working with third-party services, we transmit minimum personal data. Third parties make requests regarding information about the type and size of your shoes to our server and we answer them about the relevance of these pairs of shoes for a particular person. Third parties are allowed to receive only the result of impersonal analysis of Personal Data. Moreover, data transfer isn’t possible without signing an NDA. Our Products and Websites may allow you to interact with other digital products and services. If you use our Products or Websites in connection with a third-party product or service, your privacy rights on any

    third-party platform may be governed by the third partys policies in parallel with the Policy. This will mean that any information the third party collects outside of our Products or Websites, but which the third-party shares with us, will be subject to the third-party privacy policy.

    If you are not satisfied with how we process your Personal information, please let us know, and we will investigate your concern. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to make a complaint to the competent data protection authority.

    Limitation of Liability

    Podform3D makes no representations whatsoever about any other Web site or third-party service which you may access through this site. When you access a non-Podform3D Web site or purchase services from a third party, you understand and acknowledge that it is independent of Podform3D and that Podform3D has no control over the content on any such Web site or services.
    In addition, a link to a non-Podform3D Web site does not mean that Podform3D endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, or the use, of such Web site. It is your responsibility to take precautions to ensure that whatever you select for your use by you is free of items such as viruses, worms, trojan
    horses, and other items of a destructive nature. In no event will Podform3D be liable for any damages whatsoever, including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the information available or referred to on this site
