Podform3D pricing: one rate, however much you produce
Prices below are per month, billed annually, shown in Canadian dollars; the page also displays US dollars and euros. Paying monthly costs 25% more. One export is one print-ready file for one pair. Every tier bills an extra export at the same rate you pay for the included ones, so your cost per export never rises as you grow, and reprinting a file you already exported costs nothing.
In-Clinic — CA$399 a month
One clinic producing on site, printing its own orthotics and handing them to the patient the same visit. 50 exports included every month, extra exports CA$8 each. One production site, up to 2 clinician seats, podiatrist-led onboarding and support. Also US$299 or €249 a month.
Central Fab — CA$799 a month
A lab or central fabrication site producing for several clinics. 100 exports included every month, extra exports at the same CA$8. Everything in In-Clinic plus printer fleet and production queue management, shared capacity across sites, up to 5 production sites and 10 seats, and your branding on files and packaging. Also US$599 or €499 a month.
Enterprise — custom pricing
For groups and networks running clinics and fabrication sites together under a single agreement. Export volume agreed to your throughput, unlimited sites and seats, SSO and user provisioning, API access, and a named contact with an agreed SLA.
Your rate never rises
At 100 exports a month the two priced tiers cost exactly the same: In-Clinic at CA$8 an export lands on Central Fab’s price to the dollar. So you move up for the extra sites, seats and fleet tools, never for a better rate, and nobody is penalised for starting on the smaller tier. The one honest catch runs the other way: unused exports do not carry over, so pick the tier you reliably fill.
Currency and what is not included
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, US dollars or euros, and exclude applicable taxes. Filament, 3D printing hardware, shipping and professional services are billed separately.
Free trial
In-Clinic and Central Fab both start with a 14-day free trial: full configurator access on your own patients, no card required. Enterprise runs a scoped pilot instead.
