Podform3D pricing: the software subscription, one rate until your volume earns a better one
This page prices the Podform3D software and nothing else. No printer, no material and no hardware is bundled into any tier. Prices below are per month, billed annually, shown in US dollars; the page also displays Canadian dollars and euros. Paying monthly costs 20% more with no commitment. One export is one print-ready file for one pair, and reprinting a file you already exported costs nothing. Plus and Pro bill an extra export at the same US$8 whichever of the two you are on. Max is priced on volume instead, and its rate falls as that volume climbs.
Plus — US$343 a month, billed annually
One clinic producing on site for its own patients, printing its own orthotics and handing them over the same visit. 50 exports included every month, extra exports US$8 each. One clinic, one user, one printer, the Podform3D prescription template library, and podiatrist-led onboarding and support. US$429 a month if you pay monthly. Also CA$439 or €295 a month billed annually.
Pro — US$687 a month, billed annually
Clinics and labs that produce for other clinics: several sites, a growing team, a fleet of printers, and orthotics made for practices beyond their own. 100 exports included every month, extra exports at the same US$8. Everything in Plus with nothing capped: unlimited clinics, users, printers and prescription templates, chat and tickets between your lab and the clinics you serve, your branding on files and packaging, and export of scans and 3D models out of Podform3D. US$859 a month if you pay monthly. Also CA$879 or €591 a month billed annually.
Max — priced on your volume
The volume tier, for clinics, labs and networks producing at a scale where a fixed plan stops fitting. Export volume is set to your throughput at a rate that falls as that volume climbs, and bulk filament rates are negotiated into the same agreement rather than bought off the shelf. Includes everything in Pro plus SSO and user provisioning, API access, consolidated billing across every entity, and a named contact with an agreed SLA. When to move from Plus to Pro
Move up when you hit a cap, and past 93 exports a month because Pro is also the cheaper invoice from there. Every cap on Plus is lifted on Pro: adding a clinic, adding a user, adding a prescription template, running more than one printer, and working with the clinics you supply. An extra export costs a little more than an included one, which is what makes moving up pay for itself at volume. The catch runs the other way too: unused exports do not carry over, so pick the tier you reliably fill.

Prices are shown in US dollars, Canadian dollars or euros, and exclude applicable taxes. The subscription covers the software only: the 3D printer, the material you print with, shipping and professional services such as custom integrations are separate purchases and are not part of any tier above. Free trial
Plus and Pro both start with a 14-day free trial: full configurator access on your own patients, with every Pro capability open so you can see which caps you would actually hit. A card is taken up front so the subscription continues without a gap, and nothing is charged until day fifteen. Cancel before then and you are not billed. Max runs a scoped pilot instead.
