Acquisition Podform 3D, Inc. ("Podform3D", "us," "we," or "our") operates the https://podform3d.com/ and the mobile application "Podform3D".

These Policy for Podform3D Foot Scan Feature form an integral part of all our commercial and/or corporate business, also during current and future business relationships in connection with the use of the app Podform3D. No further reference to these Terms and Conditions needs to be made in future orders.
Podform3D reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions in our sole discretion without advance notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions become effective on the date when the updated Terms and Conditions are published in the App. By using the App after a change in these Terms and Conditions, you agree to follow and be bound to such Terms and Conditions as changed. We hereby explicitly reject conflicting general terms and conditions of business. Such terms shall only apply provided we have consented to them in writing. Accordingly, agreements that depart from these Terms and Conditions, in particular oral agreements, shall only be binding provided we confirm them in writing.

Personal Data

- data on physical characteristics, including body measurements such as width, length, arch height,heel-to-toe length, and instep height for each of your feet.
A video of your feet is processed on your device. The video will be collected only after you get your additional consent. The video may be recorded by a TrueDepth camera (TrueDepth is an Apple Inc. trademark registered in the U.S. and other countries). We use the information we collect to customize our services for you, including providing recommendations. We also use your information to ensure our services, such as tracking outages or troubleshooting issues you report to us, are working as intended.
When you start using the application, you are assigned a USER ID. This USER ID is a unique identifier required for technical support and using our services. Deleting the application removes the USER ID. You will be assigned a new USER ID if you download the application again.
Usage Data
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. Retention of Information
Podform3D stores the data described in this Policy, including the foot scans that include foot geometry. Podform3D will permanently destroy any scans of foot geometry when the first of the following occurs:
- The purpose for collecting such information has been satisfied; or
- Within 3 years of your last interaction with Podform3D.
To select a destruction method for the scans of foot geometry, Podform3D will take into consideration (i) available technology, (ii) the nature of the data, and (iii) the means by which the data has been stored. Podform3D may retain other data, as well as scans and other data who reside elsewhere, under different retention policies and procedures.
